- Widening horizons, doing uncomfortable things;
- Cut the inner anchors that limit me;
- Get out of the "aquarium" and throw myself in the "free waters";
- Recover the professional libido;
- Open my eyes to trends and reality;
- Do not spend too much time with negative peers/friends;
- Spend more time with peers/friends that I admire;
- Be careful not to deviate from my goals;
- Focus on my causes and contributions.
