To start off with, I would just like to state that life is all about choices!

Personally, I know that it does not always feel this way; but we always have a choice. We choose actions that in turn bring forth circumstances that might or might not require action.

Now you can look at this in many different ways, you can take the spiritual approach with the law of attraction, that states you manifest your own outcome.

And given the fact that manifestations are strengthened by actions, this means that you have not only a choice of manifestations, but also a choice of actions

If you are not quite the spiritual believer of that sentiment, you can even turn to physics:

When it comes to physics, there are three basic laws of motion.

1. An object will remain at rest or in a uniform state of motion unless that state is changed by an external force.

2. Force is equal to the change in momentum (mass times velocity) over time. In other words, the rate of change is directly proportional to the amount of force applied.

3. For every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction
   This serves as proof that we will always have a choice – because this can be applied to our own actions that set into play a series of events with multiple probable outcomes and as such choices.

Doesn’t matter how you choose to look at it, what it comes down to is that you always have a choice. So; wherever you are in life and whatever you are going through, your choices are in your hands, so stop blaming others for things that went wrong, throw away any resentment you harbor – it does not serve you. If you want to change things start with yourself, because you and you alone are responsible for your own actions.

Led Zeppelin says it best: "...yes there are two path you can go by, but in the long run; theres always time to change the road you're on..."
