We should!

cheers to life mon ami!

Hiya mon ami.

Yes. Cheers to life.

Well yes that is indeed how life goes on !

It waits for none .Live the way you want to be as one day your time will come to join the gone.

Greetings @rehan12.

Yes...your reply is quite sage....I quite agree.

It sounds very much like a line from the film 'Kingdom of Heaven'.

'Live your life as before the Creator...as your day will come when you will answer to Him.'.....something like that the king said to the main character.

Cheers.

Everyone has to go... One day!

Really striking images, I like the way you've used the railings to give a depth of field. Did you take these a while back or is there still snow where you live!?

Thank you for your kind artistic words @captaincanary.

These were taken about a month ago........snow last appearance with a sunny day.....always lovely.....thank you for inquiring.

Appreciate you stopping by.

Cheers.

In our everyday hectic life we do not really pay attention to life around us and sometimes I notice that we almost just co-exist, but then when something happens to one of our close member of family then you want to spend you time with them and think why you have not done this or that.

We just forget to live every moment of our life, to enjoy and be grateful to have this moment together. Like one clever man said we are all guests to each other in this life. Sometimes to be on cemetery raises so many different thoughts and emotions. I think on and off we need to be reminded that we are not eternal and we need to use our time appropriately.

Thanks for bringing all these thoughts up @bluejay and I wish you a nice week :)

Thank you for stopping by @stef1.

So happy to hear the grey cells were on the move ^__^

Yes....our life here on Earth is but temporary, indeed.

Depending on one's decision regarding Christ Jesus......if one believes in Him .......the soul moves on to heaven for eternity.

Appreciate the opportunity to think on these things.

Cheers.

Very good message! The pictures that you shared are very fitting and cause lots of thought. Beautiful fence and cemetery.

It’s always my great pleasure!

Wish you and yours all the best! ;)

The living must go on living.

True. Life is the greatest gift of all.

And yet how hard life can be sometimes ... Especially for those surviving loved ones.

Thank you @koskl for dropping by.

Yes....there is no doubt it is difficult to be one surviving loved ones....the comfort in the case of losing loved ones is from knowing that if they were believers in Christ Jesus they are with Him, in a place of no more sorrow, more tears, no more pain.

Life is a gift.....an opportunity to decide regarding Christ Jesus Who has provided the gift of eternal life if one believes in Him.

For God loved the world (mankind) so much that he gave His uniquely born Son (Christ Jesus) so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Appreciate the opportunity to think on these things.

All the best to you.

Ciao!

a good principle to navigate the harshness of life.
maybe one of the meanings is,
will never despair. and keep spirit.
thanks @bleujay.

Greetings @longberry

Thank you for your kind words.

Perhaps a way to think of it......that Good News of Salvation through Christ Jesus. He has provided a way of eternal life......therefore no despair and great comfort to those who survive a departed loved one if that loved one has believed in Christ Jesus....he/she is 'in a place of no more sorrows, no more tears, no more pain.' For God loved the world (mankind) so much that He gave His uniquely born Son (Christ Jesus) so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. It is faith alone in Christ alone for salvation.

Appreciate the opportunity to think on these things.

All the best for you.

Cheers.

Wonderful sentiment. The world can drag you down now and then. Going to a cemetery, is a great way to remind us, that still being here, is the greatest blessing of all. And should be appreciated, more than anything. Yet, so often we forget this...in the daily 'grind'. Thanks for the reminder. Have a nice day (I'm a bit late getting to my post reading...some of that more or less grind ( :

Greetings @ddshteinn.

It is easy to get carried away by details.....is it not?

Yes......the cemetery can be a good reminder of many things.......especially whether we have made the most important decision regarding Christ Jesus......if one believes in Him....He promises eternal life. For God loved the world (mankind) so much that He gave His uniquely born Son ( Christ Jesus) so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Thank you for stopping by.

All the best.

Cheers.
