Are People Inherently Good?
Are we good? Are we better than others? It depends who we compare ourself to. We can be good relative to hitler. We can be evil relative to Mother Theresa.
Romans 3:10 "For there is none that is righteous, no not one."

I don't believe the question is about good or bad. It's more of pure and unpure or scarlet and white. We were all born sinners and continue to be sinners, or unpure, until we accept Christ into our lives. Once He finds us and makes us His own we are no longer sinners. Jesus is what makes us pure. So He turns our scarlet transgressions into pure white, not keeping a record of sins, and casting all our sins as far as the east is from the west. But considering the word good, I know many "good" people that are sinners. Frankly, everyone I know is a sinner. So to be good and still be a sinner is possible.

Jesus said that there is only one person who is good and that is God Mark 10:18 "Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good-except God alone".
