A healthy life is the one which makes you active, which always motivates you on your bad time. There are many ways you can live a healthy life, have a good lifestyle.
At first, people find it tough to cooperate with it but, slowly once people start following those ways that lead to a healthy life, people are no more negative. They always try to find something to get them busy. Once you are busy, you get to learn a lot.
You do meditation, exercises in the morning, and that's the best way to start a day! Slowly you'll notice that there's a new "you". You'll start to feel less fatigue, full of energy, activeness and you'll start loving yourself. You main motive and goals would be much clearer to you. You'll be desperate to learn and explore new things, and that's what will make you in the end "HAPPY..!!".
