RE: What causes muscle pain

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Causes of muscle pain. The most common causes of muscle pain are generally acute or happen suddenly: Injury or trauma to a muscle, known as a muscle strain. ... The action of straining a muscle can also cause sprains which is when the soft tissues including the ligaments and tendons are damaged.
My guess is that the hydrocortisone/prednisolone and growth hormone were the more important components. Chronic joint/muscle pain can take time and patience to relinquish. The nerve pathways can become hyper sensitized, even when the pain is other than neuopathic/neuropathy. I take Tramadol for joint/muscle pain.

so please What does anyone reccomend for muscle pains in the legs, back, pretty much all over the body?

Hope you like my little upvote

If there is decrease in muscle power you have to do NCS (Nerve Conduction Study) to know about the real cause of muscle weakness. Because neuropathy is highly associated with muscle weakness and pain........
