I can relate to alot of this from 6-8 hours rides on my road bike.
I know how many calories I need to take in each hour and look forward to the next snack. Just to break up the riding with some eating while riding.
I know if I drink too much sports drink ill get stomach issues and not want to eat anymore. Which isnt ideal.
