My life in pursuit of a happy life and changing the world around me by the help of Technology

in #life7 years ago

There`s nothing beautiful and soothing like listening to classic rock n roll music early in the morning enjoying the great riffs from the legends of rock n roll, I love “real” music: rock n Roll and particularly classic ones.(Rolling stones, KISS ,Guns n Roses, etc)
Let me bring you to the context I was planning to share. I Have been thinking all along about the untapped opportunities in my country. How many thousands people have many businesses that are thriving well and yet most of them do not have websites and even Facebook pages that means that they have a poor advertising strategy and marketing of their products and Poor revenue. Thus job opportunity for people like me.
Everyone knows that we are heading to a digital world or rather that we are already in digital world it’s only that our developing African countries are still behind (but not too behind)
The Question in my mind right now is how I will be able to create the digital platforms that will change people’s business. I want to see that every business has at least a website or a mobile application or even a Facebook page.
Of course also me I would like to benefit from it , being a job that would change my life and people around me, more so my family. My family is not well off financially. Every time I think of what I could do to improve my life and lives of people around me, the passion (software and web development) that is always in my thoughts.
I wanted to really learn to code in many languages of programming, that actually led me to this website (steemit.com) through this great guy @robinhaney and other programmers in this platform. I must say when I found this website, I really wanted to share or talk about this urge building inside me at the moment, the urge to code ,the urge to build a great website, the urge to learn crypto currency and educate many people in my country about blockchain which I look forward to learn from steamers.
Truthfully I don’t have a internet connection at my sisters place (after finishing my college I decided to stay in my sisters place awaiting to get a job) but I believe soon enough I might be able to get self-employed through designing websites and providing technological solutions to many people at a fee and I can be able to look for my own place and continue in my software development journey. In my country we do have 4G internet services that show we are not badly off technologywise and I must thank our government for a great initiative to introduce ICT driven economy.
I am not complaining about lack of job creations by the Government as they are too lazy to even discuss and bring solutions, but the way when the general elections is around the corner, they will jump up and down discussing their manifestos and what they ought to have done long ago before they were first elected. Worse thing though, “blind” followers cheering them(I believe that’s the problem with developing countries and especially African countries >not being concern about the development but rather power<) but I know the change starts with me.
Most of my writing here will not be about the government or weather. I will be discussing about my journey through becoming a world class software developer and my life. I know it won’t come easy but I believe and I have great faith in myself that I will do the best I can . Of course with the help from the good people of steemit like @robinhaney and many programmers in the platform, I will achieve that.
I want to inform as many people as I can in my region about the cryptocurrency and all about blockchain and how this will change the face of our technological future.
My wish is to have a good powerful computer and internet connection so that I would start heading into a right direction to become a good programmer and be a skillful software and web developer. Furthermore I want to motivate any other person in this platform who has aspiration like me and want to change him/herself and people around them.
