RemyTales: What lurks beneath...the deck. Happy 2018s to all!

Mr. Fox has been busy in the new year. He has decided that the under-deck is a perfect starter home for 2018.

His front door was 'accidentally' covered up, but this bothered him not...

I give you Fox-Holin' Vol. I :

Deep below where the humans walk, out pops a little red fox!

His home was buried, by a man with a shovel. But Mr. Fox is resourceful, and was never in trouble.

Emerged and well-rested, his went on his day...to-ing and fro-ing, a delightful display!

But Remy's not sure, what to think of this friend, who's a bit too close, curled up in his den.

His barks are mixed, full of nervous excitement. His tail wags between howls, a clear indictment.

But when the dust settles, and Mr. Fox takes his rest, Good Remy, in turn, finds his own nest.

'Neath his paw-themed blankie, atop his blue couch, RemRem finds peace, even with his in-law without.
