RE: How to Live Happily? - Sadhguru Answers

in #life6 years ago (edited)

While I love listening to Sadghuru and his teachings of viewing life and how to overcome hardships.

Sadghuru, if you haven't heard of him by now, you should really look him up, is a well known Guru and in my opinion one of the wisest, "woke" people on earth. There are a lot of things he mentioned, where I have had been thinking about it to myself and wasn't really sure if I'm the only one with such opinions, but it also hangs together with me being more of a "spiritual" person than others I guess.

The problem I find are, while he teaches and astonishes us (if I may include other viewers and listeners), that there always is a hard truth to his words and that it hits you like a stone to your forehead.
Truth hurts, and especially being where he is, and we want to be someday, I for my part have figured that it is the most toughest part of what a human can do. To let things go, to not take and claim something as it doesn't belong to you, and especially to get independent by not being dependent.
In theory it all seems so simple, but we humans just get too quickly attached to things, the next thing you know you are right there where you didn't want things to be.

That is why, I am yet a pupil, and I know how far I have come, but in the end, I still have a long way to go to get where i want to be.

Thank you for this post.

Sincerely,

beta
