Dream Market LEAKING IPS (Again)

Dream Marketplace is leaking some IPs again.. this time redirecting a host in Zimbabwe, Africa. A little strange, huh? It wasn't fixed immediately when brought up either. It seems like the marketplace owners are a little.. uncaring about what happens.
