Tell me if I’m crazy. Everyone seems to have their shit together, or on the flip side people seem to have their world in shambles.

To the people that have their shit together, kudos to you! I ain’t mad, but my question is how do you do it? Tell me what fuels your life to be the best of the best.

Family....Friends...Money...love ?

To the people with their world in shambles, you are stronger than I am. You are living in a world that is spinning, yet you are here and standing. Maybe with some wobbling legs, but you are standing. Which make me hungry for your advice, what helps you stay standing while the world spins ?

To the people on the middle ground like me, are you out there?

The reason for these questions, and the reason I am feeling crazy is because I don’t know what the hell I am doing even though people think I do. I grew up with the mentality that I should...

1. Go to school
2. Get a great job
3. Get my own place
4. Create a happy family

Here is the thing, I completed 1-3 on that list, and I had an amazing life in Austin, TX. I had amazing friends and family surrounding me. I had money, I wasn’t rich or have anything fancy. I was just able to live comfortably, and not paycheck to paycheck as I did when I was younger. Although my surrounds were great, I felt complacent and comfortable. So I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone. I quit my job and moved to Colombia to do an unpaid internship. I wanted to explore the world, and see how other people live their lives.

Let me tell you, life here in Medellín, Colombia is amazing! I have met so many different people. I enjoyed listening to others perspective of life, which is very interesting. The thing is I’m out of my comfort zone, and I’m still lost. Right now I’m in learning mode, and trying to take in as much information as I can, but not sure what direction to go in. Ha! Steemit might not even be the place to ask the question, let me know if this is the right place.
