Material:
450 grams of banana, cut into pieces
500 grams of kedondong, peeled, cut into pieces
750 grams of young mango, peeled, diced 2 x2 cm
500 grams of sweet potato, diced 2 x 2 m
750 grams of yam, peeled, diced 2 x 2 cm
Spices:
7 pieces of curly red chilli
2 tsp paste
350 grams of Java sugar, fine comb
2 tsp tamarind
1 tsp salt
How to make:
Using alu, mash ½ parts of ingredients until smooth. Enter ½ piece of banana stone, crushed mashed.
Enter each ½ part of the remaining ingredients. Pound roughly until slightly crushed, mix well. do the same with the rest of the material.
Serve.
