It’s been a busy week. As business owner’s know we work harder for our independence. As a woman I honestly don’t think I’ve had to deal with hurdles because of my gender. I hustled hard for myself, always have. I never felt I was competing with men.
When I turned on the tv today I saw the women participating in the Women’s March and I started to think on my personal views on such matters.

Yup I can do it pretty damn good but I’ll never be a feminist. Why? I’m not into politicizing my gender, I am not a victim, I enjoy chivalry and even a cat call here and there, I love to look sexy and love “making him a sandwich”. I do however believe in respect by all genders and being feminine, I celebrate our gender differences. I know my worth and that’s all that matters. None of you better start with this and that. I had my son at 19 with ZERO help from a man or government, I started my own businesses on my own too. I never have had time to go march but I do have time to grow, lead by example and make money. I think I’m a badass female without having to wear a “pussy hat”.
I respect others opinions and reasons, these are just mine. And I’m happy with them.
