How to stop being afraid of change in life?"
The root of the fact that we are afraid of change is actually in the instinct of self-preservation. The main thing for a person on the subconscious is to ensure their own security, even when the present state of affairs does not really satisfy us. We still very often fear something to change. So how to stop being afraid of change in life?
1. If you have an interesting perspective on the horizon, but your doubts hinder the movement towards it, try to take a piece of paper with a pen and write all the advantages that changes will bring you. Seeing how important these changes are for you and how much joy they will bring to you in the future, you will no longer be afraid of them. So that the feeling of fear will not return to you to take this piece of paper somewhere in a visible place and periodically look at it. This will help you perceive your likely future as something positive and enjoyable.
2. Try to surround yourself with people who are full of activity and passionate about the implementation of new ideas. Such people are positive about everything new and try to use any opportunity that appears in their lives to the maximum. One can learn from such people a good and proper attitude towards changes in life.
3. "No one is eternal under the moon." Strangely enough, but this phrase very often becomes an excellent motivation for change. Take yourself in hand and understand that what you have now, and the opportunities that are opening up before you may disappear tomorrow, and if you have nothing today, you will have nothing to do today.
4. Fight your thoughts of failure. Most of us do not decide on something grand just because they are very afraid of failure and complete failure. But because of this fear, in the end, nothing happens in their lives. They live like butterflies in a cocoon. Even if you make a mistake, then take it not as a complete failure of your whole life, but as an invaluable experience that has taught you a lot and life does not end with any failure.
5. Do not run ahead of the “steam locomotive”. If you decide to change something in your life, do not immediately think about all the consequences that will follow these changes. One friend of mine absolutely seriously postponed the birth of children until the end, because he was sure that with such a salary as he had he would not be able to provide a university for his children. Learn how to deal with your problems from the moment they arise.
6. The most curious creatures on the planet are cats, and sometimes they have a lot to learn. Try to develop curiosity in yourself. Try to remember situations that you have refused because you are afraid of change. Think how interesting it would be to find out what happened? What changes would happen in your life and how would it change? Now try to imagine that if you do not change everything now, in a few years you will also be tormented by curiosity.
7. Begin to relate to opportunities not as a threat, but as a direct source of self-realization and inspiration, a way to a good opportunity to get rid of the daily routine.
8. Here at last we came to the most important point. Stop thinking that you are not worthy of the best! and who is worthy if not you? Your neighbor You are the same person as everyone else by birthright. You can count on all the available world goods. Therefore, begin to act and prove yourself what you are worth and what you deserve!
9. In order to understand and stop being afraid of change in your life, change it for the better, find out for yourself what actions and changes bring you pleasure and what doesn’t. At the same time, try to track actions that improve your life and try to do them as often as possible.

Such a simple way will allow you to see how many of your actions are brought to automatism and how much can be done by seeing, changing only a couple of our habits. Such light changes will gradually turn into more serious changes, which later will begin to change the person himself. You will stop being afraid of change, because every day, starting from small things and ending with serious decisions, you do it yourself without noticing.
