In other words, the process of cognition in man means how he understands the information he received through his many senses. And senses, such as hearing, sight , taste, touch sensation, and smell, and the more sensory organs of a person are intact, the greater the individual's perception of the world around him.
the focus
Concentration refers to the maximum and highest levels of attention in the human being. It means thinking about one thing only, and not being preoccupied with anything else. The focus requires a range of factors that increase it, such as lack of speed in completing the work, not moving from feeling to feeling, ; Dispersion, confusion and so on.

Short-term memory is the memory that holds a certain number of information for a few seconds, and this information is either forgotten or sent to long-term memory.
Long-term memory : Long-term memory is the memory that is used to strengthen it, unlike short-term memory; it can store a number of unlimited information, and for long periods of time.
