I am unrest to know if it is allowed to publish the same article in different languages, because the author would be looking for a double reward?

of course it is
but we won't upvote two articles of the same author in a single day
here, the author posted the two articles within two days, so that it is in principle fine
however having one vote does not guarantee the other one and vice versa

So while it is allowed, I think it's better to just make a single article with the subsequent translations and mark it in the title as EN/FR/ES/Klingon and so on :D
But the author can decide.
