This village is the last point of northern India map. Until 1971, the village was part of Pakistan. India captured this village in 1971 in a war of war in Bangladesh-Pakistan. The village was part of Pakistan's Baltistan.Till March 2016, there was no permission to go to Bangladesh in this village.K2 is seen directly from this village.
