Brazilian Prince Neymar met Ana clara Who suffer from a rare disease Hutchinson-Gilford syndrome

Football's golden boy Neymar Jr. met with eight-year-old Ana Clara, who suffers from Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome, after a video request asking to meet her hero went viral.

The Brazil international posted pictures of himself and Ana Clara, including one of the pair holding up a T shirt with the message: 'Dream as much as you can, always do. Never give up.'

Neymar posted the same message on Instagram alongside the pictures.

Progeria is an extremely rare genetic disease that affects 1 in 18million people across the globe.

The condition sees aspects of ageing, including hair loss, take hold at an early age and sufferers typically live to their mid-teens to early twenties.
