I have often pondered the Orwellian use of the term "progress" by the self-appointed "progressives." It's as silly as the idea of liberty and "liberals" or conservative and "conservatives." Politics seems to be built on selling the opposite of what it advertises, but many people fall for it again and again every election cycle.
