Essentially free tokens given away to people :) I've been reading up a bit on this project...def caught my attention.

Why on earth do we need these guys? Srsly their token has zero economic value to set it apart from everyone else, much less drive value for its goal of funding charities. And don't even get me started on the privacy aspects of this hot mess.

Monero? Dash? Zcash? Hello?!

Also, if it's goal is to empower lgbt folks then why the hell is viewing the whitepaper blocked in the USA? They say it's to comply with regulators and presumably avoid the government going after them but it doesn't sound very empowering to literally lock out one of the world's largest lgbt communities for fear of upsetting a government official.

Are they going to block usage of the coin in countries where homosexuality is illegal? After all they wouldn't want to step on any toes, now would they?

I hate this already. They don't represent us or our community.

Hey,

I'd like to answer but I don't know where to begin. Please read the current hearings and positioning of the SEC regarding Token Sales. It's not that we want to upset anyone, it's that it is simply not possible to release information for retail investors in the US unless a lengthy approval process with the SEC. And we're in the middle of this. Until then, we will not offer the product in the US.

If you want to have a real discussion about all the other points that you raised, I'm available at https://keybase.io/bkone .

Cheers
