It's a simple dish but cooked this way, the chicken is tender and juicy
Ingredients for 4 persons :

20 cl of cream
6 slices of bacon
20cl of chicken broth

Put two lemon wedges, salt and pepper inside the chicken
In manual mode: in golden mode, pour a little oil into the bowl and as soon as it is hot put the chicken in the bowl
Brown the chicken on all sides
When the chicken is well colored,
add the juice of half a lemon and 20 cl of chicken broth, a little salt and pepper and cook quickly for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken and detach the whites and thighs, discard the carcass.
Reserve the cooking juices in a bowl
In the dry bowl, fry the bacon cut into strips (or bacon matches bought in a tray) in the brown mode until lightly crisp, remove from the bowl and add the juice of the bowl. cooking.
Reduce the cooking juice by about half and add the cream and the pink berries, whisk (with a silicone whisk to avoid damaging the bowl)
When the sauce has a good consistency, add the chicken chunks and put it in keeping warm until ready to serve.
