I'm losing respect for John Leguizamo.

Ya know, for most of my life, I've really liked John Leguizamo as an actor, and most of the times I've seen his name in a film I've been more excited to see that movie.

But recently, both in his role choices and his public persona, I've found him to be increasingly bitter and resentful and almost everything that he's said that gets reported is negative -- if it's not shit-talking other actors like Steven Seagal, it's complaining about the "racism" of not casting more latinos in Super Mario Bros. (which doesn't even inherently make sense as it's about obviously Italian-American plumbers -- which Leguizamo once got to play in spite of not being Italian -- invented by a Japanese creator), or it's just generally promoting one grievance or another usually based on race.

His whole schtick is arrogant, obnoxious, and bitchy, and it's depleting my reserves of tolerance for him as a person.
