Cooking vlog 6| Papaya Vegetable sauce with white rice

Trust you had a great day, I want to share with you my recipe for the week.
I decided to cook something different from what I usually do to see how it will look like. And trust me it was lovely with a nice taste and my family members love it so much.
It is a simple sauce with ingredients available but trust me, I like exploring ingredients when it comes to cooking.
Few months ago I saw many different recipes of stew on social media on how people used cucumbers, water melon to make their stew rather than using fresh tomatoes and trust me, the recipes is nice.
Atleast I've used cucumber, snake guard and papaya to make stew before and it was really nice, the taste was unique.
So I actually thought of using papaya to make a vegetable sauce actually look like this 👇 (see the picture below)
Stay with me while I show you how I made it and the different ingredients I use.
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Papaya
- Fresh tomatoes
- Carrot
- Gabbage
- Onion
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning
- Mixed Spices
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Tumeric
So I washed and put all this ingredients in place, getting ready to start cooking. I blended the papaya, ginger, garlic and tumeric together and the paste was ready.

Veggies used washed and set aside for cutting
Fresh veggies ingredients washed, blended and chopped
Spices and seasoning I used
Washed, marinate and Steam the chicken then put it aside.
Cooking my blended pawpaw paste
Added vegetable oil and allow it to cooked thoroughly, this oil will prevent the paste from getting burnt
Added seasoning and spices
Paste is thoroughly cooked, seasoned and spiced
Added chicken
Added fresh tomatoes and fresh peppers
Added gabbage
Add carrot
Add onion
Food is ready
I boiled white rice and eat the sauce with the rice I love taste this sauce had.
You can actually recreate this sauce at your home and enjoy the recipe with your loved ones.

Looks delicious i must say especially adding those garbage, onions and carrots lastly is what i love most i can imagine the crunchy test this combo will give, i will try these definitely.
