To learn a Handstand
If you want to learn a handstand there are 2 things that could help you.
Learn to lose the fear of falling by knowing how you can fall in any direction. If you fall into the handstand just so that you land on your back just roll off. For this you take the chin on the breast, pull the legs to your body (make a ball) and then let you slide with the poor down.
Exercise a little to strengthen your balance and wrist muscles. If you make a handstand on the wall it is important not to start too close to the wall. Spreak your fingers that look forward, put them in front of you, and then go into the handstand.
If you are on the wall in handstand, slowly try to get into the upright position and then take your feet away from the wall.
Then it is important to balance the overweight in all directions with your hands. Always try to keep the handstand straight.
Let the tips of the toes show on the ceiling, and close the legs.
Now you can expand the whole thing further and further
