The bird's nest anthurium, scientific name anthurium hookeri, is a species of flowering plant in the genus anthurium.
The leaves have a triangular to D-shaped petiole.
They are covered with small black glandular punctuates.
The leaves also show scalariforme venation and supervolute vernation.
