Great story! I have always hated the way corporations make hierarchy structures to prove who is the boss as many lack the leadership. My approach has always been when leading teams to be considered another member of the team and strive to work together for the objectives at hand. I would always lead by example for the same reasons she did, if I could do it so could they. It also leads to a much better work environment for sure. I like to see this here on the ecosystem during these times because if we don't do it, who will?
