I am very happy to participate in this challenge which is all about performing strengthening exercises so let's start today's workout!
Me while carrying out dumbbell shoulder flys
Me while carrying out dumbbell deadlifts
Me while carrying out shoulder neck stretching while cooling down
Me with my sweaty face after performing all exercises!
Dumbbell Deadlifts
I performed this exercise while holding dumbbells,by bending my knees and hips and then lifting to standing position and at last lowering my back down again.

• Areas where I feel most of pain while performing this exercise are lower back region,in my hamstrings mostly.
• Most difficult activity in this exercise for me was to lift weights while maintaining my posture and keeping my body in balance.
Incline push ups
• I performed this exercise while keeping my hands elevated at a tough surface and tough surface I choosed was a chair and then my lower body was facing to ground and my last movement of mine was to push my back up.

• Areas where I feel most of pain was shoulders,chest and tricep areas.
• Most difficult movement in this exercise for me was to control my balance and bearing weight at shoulders.
Dumbbell Shoulder Flys
I performed this exercise by holding dumbbells, lifting my arms out to sides so that may seems to be parallel to floor pr ground my lower back should be down.

• Areas where I feel pain most were my shoulders and especially deltoid muscles.
• Most difficult thing for me in this exercise was abduction movement in which I was lifting weight and moving it upward in flying direction.
Side Plank
• While performing this exercise I lie on side at ground surface which was carpeted,and I lift my hips off ground and hold my position.

• Areas where I feel pain most while performing side planks were my core muscles and my hips as well bearing weight at shoulders and forearm was really quite challenging.
• Obviously to hold that particular position and to maintain that side posture and balance was quite difficult for me.
Most difficult exercise among all that I have performed was to carry out Side planks because it require balance, strengthening of core muscles as well as endurance but definitely from individual to individual difficulty level may change according to each person body strength and weakness.
These are 1 litre two bottles that I have used as an alternative in place of dumbbells because in my reach there were 2 dumbbells with 2 kg weight of each and it was very difficult for me to perform all exercises with such a heavy weight so that's why I filled two bottles of 1 litre with water and it was almost 1 kg in each bottle so while lifting 1 kg weight in each hand i performed all workouts easily.
