Evolution

in #law5 years ago (edited)

This is a post about evolution.
Well, one year ago, I was in a state of decay, as any young man like me can be, in his twenties, well, I was preparing myself to the eventual construction of my professional life.
In one year, (and I have to give some context, I had too much free time) while attending exams for law school, I was in a daily basis deliberating and taking pictures, stimulating my creative process to just distract myself, all in all, I succeeded in my admission to law school.
Now, I am trying to be a jurist, 4 years to graduation, I am now trying to stay informed, trying to get more intellectually, socially and methodically efficient.
I love the law, the concept of having the tools and mechanisms to speak, argue, discuss, and in a certain way, solve juridical problems. I love the idea that I'm building my future self for that, and that is the most rewarding and promising thing I can tell myself, every day I try to stay more informed even in my free time, trying to read more than 3 books a month, maximizing that amount of knowledge each day, improving my speaking skills and my writing skills.
Essentially, I feel that I changed a lot in one year, I'm more responsible and awake than ever, thank god.
I'm gonna make a weekly/monthly post about what I'm currently reading, now I'm reading "The Prince" by Niccolò Machiavelli, a book that is very controversial and influential in law and politics, soon I will be making an analysis.
Farewell!!
