I agree with the decision in Venezuelan law which is responsible for giving/enforcing rights to every citizen. and the company cannot fire, transfer workers or even reduce wages to its workers without an agreement.

I really agree with the principles in article 18 LOTTT, yes! We know that every job must be in accordance with the employment contract agreement because it is related to responsibilities and risks.
