The Criminal Code is a law that can (must) guarantee the rights of suspects and convicts. It contains the principles of legality, criminal witnesses, alternative crimes and everything adheres to the law. All clear! However, the course of law and its implementation in Indonesia is still controlled by the power of power and partiality which actually tarnishes many of the articles in it.

What a shame! identification of an incident at the location / "process of the crime scene" which was actually a "true incident" was actually defeated in court.. what is this? and this event happens very often. At the court table, sometimes a victim of a case becomes a suspect! I also read it on the legal consultation page. this is unique isn't it?
