Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy. Today I will share with you all the subjects that I know about law. In fact, there are many unknown facts about it. So we will all gain a lot of knowledge and experience about the law here. Let's get started then

My country is Bangladesh. This law is the highest in Bangladesh. Our country has different laws. From there I will explain something about criminal law.

The first section

Criminal Law:

The body of law that deals with crime. It enjoins conduct deemed to be threatening in self-defense or otherwise. Most statutes are established meaning laws enacted by the legislature.

Power of law

The power of law is supreme. To do research in law one needs to know a lot about law.

Protector of individual liberty: Law acts as the protector of individual liberty. That is why law is called the scholarship of personal freedom.
Associated with external behavior: Laws regulate human external behavior activities. For example, any act against the law must be punished. Fear of punishment keeps people free from crime
Universal law: Law is universal. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. And the law always prefers to do justice.

B. I indicate which principles of procedural law are present in that law and why.

Justice

Law prefers to do universal justice. I have always seen law against injustice. A few days ago some people got involved in a murder case here. That is child murder. An elderly man raped and killed a 9-year-old child. The girl's parents immediately went to the law and told everything in police custody. At once the old man began to look for him. And found the man after some time. And the man was also sentenced to be hanged. This is justice and because of this justice we don't have to deal with much rape in our country.

Importance of law:

Special attention should be paid to the law. To justice. And injustice should always be severely punished. And the law needs to look more specifically at investigating where wrongdoing is taking place.

Source of law

Custom:

Custom is the oldest source of law. Social customs are the prevailing customs, manners and habits of the society

Religion

Law never follows religion. Law is always on the side of people. And always
And law is not against any religion. Rather the law is equal for all religions.

Legislature

Legislature: The legislature is one of the most important departments of government. Its first and foremost function is to make laws. The Legislature has to exercise legislative functions within the bounds of the Constitution and the law.

Part II

Mr. Ramirez rents a commercial space from Mr. Perez. But it appears Mr Perez has begun using the premises as a home, something which was prohibited by a clause in the contract.
Mr. Ramirez decided to go to court and demand that the contract be voided for breach of that clause. During the course of the case, Mr. Ramirez promoted a judicial inspection of the commercial premises to the effect that Mr. Perez was actually using the premises as a home, the court agreed to the judicial inspection and fixed the day, time and date of carrying out the same.

Difference between process of litigation and content of process is presented below:-

Case Procedure:

Mr. Ramirez prepares to go to court. The reason is that Ramirez rents his house to someone.
Keep working as if it's your home. In that case, Ramirez went to court and joined the case.

Process Content: It is clear that there is a dispute with Mr. Ramirez about the house. I think injustice and justice.

Civil case

All the cases that are filed for the claim of rights or claim for damages are called civil cases.
I will mention here some sources of civil cases clearly

Family cases: such as: dowry, maintenance, divorce, restitution of family relations, adoption, inheritance, child custody etc.;
Cases related to contracts, such as: cases of receiving money, cases of compliance with the terms of the contract, etc
Suits for possession or possession of property
Permanent or temporary injunction (injunction) cases
Rectification of documents correction of mistakes and cancellation cases

I think what I learned in the class is civil case. Mrs. Maria is innocent. Because I don't think there is anything wrong with someone's car braking while driving. But I think it is a small mistake if not a big mistake.

Mr. Manuel

He should have listened to Mrs. Maria about driving the whole car. And he never purposely damaged the car's brakes. And he didn't think of facing his intentional harm. So he should have heard his full story and thought of going to the court and filing a case.

Court ruling:

I think the George Court as a court has its responsibilities and duties. We always seek justice in the court of law. Here the verdict should be heard from both Mrs. Maria and Manual. Because if you listen to two mouths, you can verify the truth.

Causes of Procedural Issues:- Courts have power to complete judicial proceedings and right to decide is procedural law.
Always keep yourself simple above the law. And always check the integrity of the law.
