LaborCryptoTM will be creating a unique digital Utility Token called LaborCrypto Coins (LBR) that consumers and freelancers use to exchange for work completed. Consumers can pay for any freelance for services using LaborCryptoTM Utility Tokens. An iOS and Android Wallet will be integrated to offering both consumers and freelancers seamless transfer of funds. This feature is planned from Q4 2018. An escrow account, backed by a Smart Contract, will be implemented to protecting both the freelancers and consumers. This feature is planned from Q3 2018. The only form of payment is the LaborCryptoTM Utility Coin (LBR). There are LOW transaction and service fees because it costs much less to sending transactions over a blockchain network. This allows the freelancers to keeping more of their money. Users can search, hire and pay for freelancer services using LBR Utility Tokens. Active users participate in a valuable fee sharing program linked to their Utility Tokens.

Other Laborcrypto features includes the following:

2. Low service fees: LaborCrypto charges freelancers 3% service fee and no fees to consumers, payments are made available immediately.

There are various problems with freelance economy but the Laborcrypto will be creating a solution to solving the problems.
• High service fees: Average freelancer surrenders 25% of their potential earnings to middleman platforms.
• payement delay: Payments can take from days to weeks to settle but the Laborcrypto will make it easier.
• Lack of banking access: The only form of payment is in LaborcryptoTM coin.
• Poor user experience: Users waste valuable time posting projects and reviewing freelancers but has been said Laborcrypto will be the savior.
• Lack of user loyalty: Leads to consumers and freelancers jumping from one platform to another and undercutting platforms.

The Laborcrypto is an ERC20 based token such that users can secure their funds using Ethereum smart contracts with escrow function and release payment after milestones are met by the freelancer.
