WINDOWS 7 – NO LONGER SUPPORTED IN LEDGER LIVE

Ledger Live has a strict requirement of supporting operating systems with the latest security patches. So, if you’re trying to run Ledger Live on Windows 7 and experience the error “YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM VERSION IS OUTDATED” — it’s because Windows 7 is outdated and Ledger Live no longer supports it as of version 2.48.0.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11

2. Ledger Live for MAC

3. Ledger Live for Android

To fix this issue: You’ll need to update your Windows computer operating system (OS) supported by Ledger Live, which is Windows 10 (64-bit) or above.
