Kue Adee atau bisa di bilang kue bingkang, kue ini sudah menjadi makanan yang wajib dibeli ketika sedang berkunjung ke Aceh Pidie.
Kue Adee terbuat dari tepung dan telur yang masih ditumbuk dengan menggunakan jengki, dan pembuatannya masih tradisional. Kue ini cocok buat oleh-oleh dibawa pulang.
