Cooking pangas fish broth
Dear readers, Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well. Today I will share with you a very interesting recipe that is pangas fish soup. So stay with us for more details thanks everyone.
Dear friends today I thought I will cook pigeon meat but I went to the market and saw that pigeons are not available in the market. Again the pigeons that are available are very expensive. But the most problematic thing is that they eat too much food to put the pigeons on their stomachs.
Seeing this condition of the pigeons and the high price, I gave up the thought of buying the pigeons. Now I thought if any pigeons are available in our village house I will bring them. So if you want to eat pigeon today, but don't play pigeon, I will tell you what to play, stay with us.
Since I don't eat pigeon, I thought that today I will eat pangus fish because pangus fish is very tasty when cooked in broth. So I brought 1 kg pangas from the market and got two pangas fish in 1 kg. After bringing the fish home, I cut them into pieces and prepared them for cooking.
Then we mixed green chilies, coriander leaves, onions, garlic, different kinds of spices and tomatoes to cook the fish. After mixing all the items, add oil and mix well by hand. Then put them in the fire and fry them a little and then put the fish in them. After 20 minutes take them off the flame.
Then I ate the cooked pangas fish with rice. The fishes are very tasty to eat with rice. Dear friends, you can tell us how you like our post in the comments, thanks a lot for staying with us till now.
