DAVID THE DARING

in #kranion6 years ago

A three-meter giant, champion and expert in militia, very experienced, tested on the battlefields of his territory is face to face with his most easy and insignificant enemy: a sheepherder, young and without military experience.
But make no mistake, a look at his resume reveals that he had faced lions and bears as they tried to attack his flock of sheep and he had removed them without a tremble in his hand.

In the confrontation, David spoke very clearly to this great and dangerous individual: "I will cut off your head" ... "You come against me with a sword and a javelin, but I come against you in the name of Jehovah." This is how the daring speak, those who take fear and bury it outside their habitat, those who call things by their name and are not intimidated by unjust threats.

Searching in his toolbox, he placed at the disposal of God, five smooth stones and a slingshot built by himself that always accompanied him in case there was any danger or he had to come out in defense of his beloved sheep.
Now our admirable and determined young man runs and overtakes his opponent, coming first to the battle line. With a slingshot movement in the form of a tornado, he launches its stone with millimetric precision, impacting the most vulnerable place on the giant's forehead. The giant receives the impact and collapses to the ground when he receives the final shot with his own Philistine sword.

That stone had to have traveled more than 100 kilometers per hour and we already know that it could have pierced a cement block whereas studies indicate that these slingshots are still used today.

Let's speak clearly ... In front of an enemy you must be awake:

1- Never let the magnitude of your opponent impress you. When God is on your side, three dimensions of the size of your problems are irrelevant.
2- Advance in your steps so that you reach a better position in front of the enemy. That will confuse him, annoy him, make him believe that you are ahead of your defeat, not knowing he will be receiving the worse part. God loves brave and daring people.
3- Never give in to your adversary. Barking dogs do not bite. The bigger he is the faster, stronger and harder will they fall down and hit the ground.
4- Face your enemy with the tools you have in hand, not with the ideas, patterns or thoughts of others. Most likely, the victory that God will give you is UNIQUE in its class, without precedents or comparisons.
