Do you even know what spam is? What is the definition of spam?

Spam is posting advertisements and links to ads and posting the same thing over and over, like @krguidedog is doing. Posting his kr guide over and over on other members post is spam. Members using the kr tag to reach the kr members, is not spam. They just want to communicate with the kr community or think the content they post, would be liked by Koreans.

The only thin you could call members using the #kr tag with no Korean content is, misuse of a tag and there are no rules that say members can't do this.

Yes, since there are no official rules, members have the freedom to do what they want as long as it's not causing others to not enjoy the site. I think @krguidedog is making members not able to enjoy the site with his made up, sill guide and acting like he has some authority here.

So, @krguidedog is making other members Steemit experience enjoyable with his spamming on members post, he is bringing negativity to Steemit.
