During my one month visit to Korea in November, I discovered that in several lovely little old restaurants in Mang-won Dong, you can have your cake, eat it, summon another cake from the depths of the universe and eat that one too.
Total price: roughly USD 8 per person
Some of you may be familiar with Korean bbq, but here's how the process goes.
You get a lovely hot plate with bacon, kimchi, spring onion and soy bean sprouts.

Once grilled, you chop it up and stuff little parcels of lettuce and mint-leaf filled with all these goodies in your mouth.

Then you're full and can't eat anymore. But the ajuma (waitress lady) brings you some rice and finely ground kimchi and chops up your left overs super fine too.

She mixes the rice with the leftovers

And continues to grill the mixed rice with seaweed on top for good measure. Now you have a wholenother delicious meal!

Mmmmmmmmmm...
Haha your pics make me want to scarf them right now !
