Korea FSS Head

Looks like they are placing a person without knowledge if the economy and financial system as the head of FSS. Not much expertise in this field but a appointment of someone that is running the state. It definitely isn’t being run by Moon. There is someone else behind him. Much like what lady Choi did with Miss Park.
