I've heard about the drinking culture in Korea. It sounds bad. It doesn't really matter what the rules and laws are, it's all about what the culture dictates. I worry about the extremes of the drinking there. It's okay for some people, but some people can't handle it, and when consuming is so ubiquitious, those who can't handle it don't have any safe and healty options.
