올해(25년) 6월 19일,

국토교통부에 의하면 노후계획도시 정비 사업에서 토지 등 소유자의 동의 확인 방법으로 알림톡 또는 휴대폰 문자 등을 통한 전자동의 방식이 도입되는 내용이 국무회의에서 의결되었다고 합니다.


이렇게 되면...

3000세대 기준 5개월 이상의 시간, 동의서 1회 징구에 대한 약 1억 원의 비용들이...

전자 투표로 인해서 2주로 크게 단축되면서 비용도 450만 원으로 크게 절감된다고 합니다.



그리고

  • 기존 1기 신도시에서 진행 중인 재건축 관련 주민 대상 전자 투표가 이제는 전국 모든 노후계획도시로 확대 허용된다고 보면 될 것 같습니다.

그렇다면...
저출산과 결혼 기피 현상으로 우리나라 전체 인구는 서서히 줄어들면서...
그 인구 중에서 일자리를 찾으러 서울, 경기도로 몰려올 테고...
지방은 잘 모르겠고...
서울의 재건축 대상인 노후된 아파트가 추후에 빛을 볼 가능성이 높아져 보입니다.
