English confusing words....

Advice or Advise

The confusion of Advice and Advise is usually a common written error to so many,but they are actually different.

1.Their part of speech is different :Advise is verb while Advice is noun

2.The definition of the words are different : Advice means to give or offer an opinion
Advise is the act of giving advice

Don't get confused yet i'll give examples soon

3.Advice and Advise are obviously spelled differently

Let me try and illustrate the use of the two words in a sentence > "I advise you to upvote.Thanks,that's a nice advice

So basically before using the words you have to decide the role you want it to play in your sentence either as a verb or as a noun.
