For sure there are more creative people around. How about @marblely?
I love the colours but wearing that would be itchy for me and it feels I am strangled.

You can wear it down more like a scarf. Just pull it up if the face gets really cold. I am not allergic to wool and it is fine. But I also soaked it in a special wool wash.
Does it help to soak in special woolwash? One of my children said he would like to try it instead of a scarf. Has allergies/eczema. Unfortunately cotton is not warm and heavy.
is he allergic to all animal fibers? I don't think that the wool wash will help with true allergic reactions. It just helps with the itchy some yarns have.
Is he actually allergic to wool or to the lanolin residue in wool? If the latter, alpaca doesn't have any lanolin.
And of course silk. But that gets pretty expensive. And silk doesn't stretch or felt - I don't know if that would be comfortable. Maybe instead of making it in one piece, to have a button closure to easily take it on and off...
Good question if it's the wool or lanolin. I'll see what is available. Buttons is a good idea. Thanks for the tip. 🍀💖
