Most of the time people prefer investigation to find out what is the cause making them unwell. Only few individuals can accept that they are going through a stressful situation. I realized that stress could manifest in different forms, in one encounter I find a client when I took the blood pressure measure it was 200/140 and this high blood pressure, and medical emergencies, later the client reported to me that he is undergoing a demanding situation. I have to request the client to take a rest for some time, later we discuss the elevated blood pressure, and its stress induced. Coping with our emotional health and take control of it can help in ensure we live healthy life.
