This Review of KGW Property, Gold, Silver & Business Advanced Training. If attending a Kevin Green advanced training be prepared for a huge up-sell. If you want to take full advantage of the ideas provided. I think people should be aware before going in, that you could be paying $26000. I was a annoyed after paying $4000 then to feel like i had to pay a whopping $22000. Kevin is a great speaker, and in my view far superior to his coaching staff. Its a shame the coaching doesn't provide direct coaching by Kevin Green.
Two years earlier i attended my first confrence. A Steven Mcknight property course and guest speaker Joel Bauer attended. Joel is a master at marketing who taught and used techniques on the audience. Joel would explain techniques, how they work on audiences emotions and use them. Making at least half the audience get out of their chairs and run to the front and back of the room each time. The Audience knew what he was doing, yet they were under his control, i was amazed. We were also told at all these events, the promoter always takes 50% of the sales made at the back table.

Attending my second confrence, Robert Koyosakis event in Sydney. Speakers Kevin Green, Peng Joon, Kerwin Rae and Andrew Cordle all spoke on the first day. All asking around $4000 for their 3 day training. I could see some element of Joels teaching in every sales pitch. Once home, i researched Peng Joon's Internet Income Intensive, and noticed he charged around AU$4000 in Australia, AU$2000 in Singapore and AU$1300 in Malaysia. iiimalaysia iiisingapore . It raised the question if everyone else charges different amounts, however i couldn't find anything.

Kevin Green Property, Gold, Silver & Business Advanced Training Review

Kevin Green Property, Gold, Silver & Business Advanced Training was in Sydney. At the event, Kevin Green provides valuable content. However i soon realised to be able to execute and take advantage of these ideas he was telling us, i was going to have to pay allot more money. The 3 day training just seemed a bait and up sell for us to fork out $22000. One example, i was interested in learning about gold and silver. The lures Kevin gave at the Robert Koyosaki was misleading because i thought i would gain that information after paying $4000, however i then found out i was going to have to pay the 22k. He speaks honestly and does provide value when talking. He may love coaching, but I’m sure he loves the money. People don't generally have $22000 laying around and everyone i spoke to, didn't have the money and were going to have to get loans. I do question the ethics of this.

About 150 people attended the event and around 80 people registered intrest for coaching. 80 x $22000 = $1,760,000 not bad for 3 days work.

Coaching Program is it worth it?

Kevin says that not everyone is accepted into the coaching program and need to pass a interview or vetting, however everyone i spoke to was accepted, it was just a sales pitch. I was told in my sales pitch coaching students are only given 19 training seasons, and access to Kevin is only given if a coaching staff doesn’t know the answer, however my experience with Kevin's coaching staff is that are no where near the level of Kevin. Kevin says he paid 40,000 for Richard Branson’s mentorship, i would challenge that it is better to pay someone like that, someone of great stature and receive training direct from them, as opposed to paying $22000 where success resources likely takes a chunk and your provided with someone allot less qualified to train you for only 19 sessions
