Day 82: My Experiment

It dawned on me today that this is no longer an experiment. This is a new way of life. I still struggle with pain and movement but daily I can do more than I could the day before. Yesterday I lifted tires and heavy groceries. It was rough afterward and the body is fragile today on the other hand I almost bounced out of bed at 4AM.

I love early mornings. They are magical, noiseless, peaceful.
