I've seen a lot of recipes on the internet for overnight oats, but I don't always want to spend that much time. That's where this keto oatmeal recipe comes in. You can have it ready in less that 5 minutes from start to finish. As always, make sure you like, comment, and subscribe!

Macros No Mix-ins:

Recipe:
1 c water
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tbsp chia seeds
.5 - 1 scoop protein powder
Optional:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp almond butter
pinch of salt

- Add water, flax, chia seed, and protein powder to small pan.
- simmer and stir until it is the consistency of pudding.
- add option mix-ins
