Keto Crab Rangoon with Dipping Sauce

Each flatbread makes 2 large crab rangoon that are split into two= 4 per sheet
The filling has less than 1 net carb per rangoon
We estimate the net carb count to be 3 net carbs per rangoon
Filling:
1 6 oz can of crab
6 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons of green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg/splash of water
Oil for Frying

Sauce: 1 teaspoon of Smuckers Sugar-Free Preserves has 1.6 net carbs per teaspoon.
1 teaspoon sugar-free Smuckers Apricot Preserves (yes we know it has maltodextrin, you are eating a teaspoon or less)
1/2- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
splash of water to thin it out.
- Mix ingredients together for filling
- Brush egg wash on the cutdacarb flatbreads
- Cut in half
- Fill with 1 tablespoon and fold them up making sure to press the sides closed
- Fry in oil on medium heat until golden brown and drain on paper towels
