Im only 22 years old but when I was younger I used to have no patience at all, Kendama has help improve my patience so much. I believe that patience is something that is very needed in life to help make you happier and not stress as much. I encourage whoever may read this to find a tool in your life to help you with patience. Do not let your impatience take away happiness and add stress to your life. ❤ image
